I had such a lovely experience at the salon! I got both my manicure and pedicure done, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. A big shoutout to Ayaa who did my nails – she was so gentle and talented! And thank you to Nada for the warm welcome and great hospitality. They even organized a surprise celebration for my friend which made everything extra special. We truly loved their work and the whole vibe of the place. Highly recommended!

One of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had! I visited Trevi Salon in Dubai to get my nails done and casually mentioned it was my birthday. From that moment on, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel special. Neda, the manager or owner, and her lovely team treated me like royalty!
They suggested a blowout and offered to combine it with my nail service as a special treat. Every detail was taken care of — they made sure I was relaxed and happy the entire time, even giving me a head and foot massage. The sweetest surprise was when they suddenly played a birthday song and brought me a cake with a candle! I was truly touched.

I did lowlights with the new girl. She is amazing, she did a better job than I expected! And she asked to see me after a week to see the colors.
Even during the process of low lights she was explaining everything and asking about what I wanted and showing me different shades to choose.

Dear ladies. Please be careful if you are dealing with hair dresser Jawad, he make my Eid full of tears because of his Bad work on my hair. I control my self not to write comment but i think its my duty to warn other ladies. Hair is very sensitive matter for girls and in this salon services are expensive not cheap so we should get services also good if we are paying this much. I showed him 2 pictures of hair color he selected one and told me he will make ceramel shade without bleach, i was shocked how come without bleach he said everything possible with me, i said okay then start the process, after waiting so long he washed and my hair it was same as before, may be 10% lighter only, i said what is this, this is not like the picture i showed you its same like before, he said without bleach not possible caramel color. I told him i was not having any problem in bleach you said no need bleech. He said pay again i will put bleech and bring the same color. I controlled my anger and i decided in my heart that this is a scam by him to take money from me 2 times. I said just leave it and finish my hair cut so i can go home. Here is the main thing happen which make me cry everyday. I told him i have thin hair give me hair cut which makes my hair thick, give 2 steps with 1 inch gap. Girls…he cut my hair too short and give me layers and reduce the volume of my hair from down. My hair are soooooo thin now that i cannot even explain in words. I complaint to salon by Whatapp they didn’t even tell me that we will fix for you come again or will return your money. Now my hair will take one full year to grow only then i will be able to make hair cut again to look edges thick. I am sooo sad. Money wasted, 5 hours wasted and my hair are disgusting which cannot fix. My husband told me to go for hair extensions to hide this look. I have no hair now 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

The pedicure was great, relaxing, not painful and turned out to be great and detailed results.
And the haircut was fast, very light handed and matches the requests I gave.

Very nice salon, offering a variety of services. I live close by and always do my beauty treatments there (body waxing, eyebrows, gel mani/pedi, hair blow-dry). Just tell them what you want specifically and they will deliver. I recommend Khalil for blow-dry and color! He is really talented 👏🏻 Satisfied customer!

I would just like to make a comment here on the quality of work the girls did for me today.
Yesterday I used a different company for the first time for a French gelish mani pedi and the quality of service was just terrible.
I went to the salon in HE tower (I usually do waxing but not nails), and explained to the lovely ladies there what i wanted and what had happened. As I was travelling everything was last minute but they were able to graciously make time for me.
What they did for me was PERFECT! Now I am ready for my vacation and I am so so so happy
